The Hotel Indigo is known as the industry’s first branded boutique hotel, now offering Asheville luxury hotel suites and condo apartments. Each is uniquely designed to incorporate the culture and surroundings of the area and yet provide the consistency and conveniences of a brand hotel. Asheville is an eclectic mix of opposites – both mountain and urban city; forward looking but with an appreciation for the city’s history. The interiors of The Hotel Indigo and each of The Suites at 151 reflect this mixture. The murals in the boutique hotel are based on the work of a local photographer, and each reflects Asheville. Some are abstractions of local natural plants that have become large scale art pieces. The second floor Phitness center, for example, showcases a large scale close-up image of a leaf with water droplets.
