Age Requirement – Renters must be 21 years of age and show picture ID if requested.

Check-in/Check-out - Check-in: 3 P.M. Check-out: 11 A.M.

Smoke-free – The Suites at 151 and related public areas are 100% smoke-free. This includes no burning of candles or incense. A $300 fee will be charged for violations.

Pets – Pets are not permitted in the condos. For your convenience, pet-friendly guest rooms are available at the Hotel Indigo. A fee of $150 will be charged for violations of the pet policy.

Deposits - A 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking (100% for a one night reservation). The balance of all rental fees, extras & taxes is due at checkout and payable by credit card.

Cancellations – The rental deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to arrival (less a $35 dollar cancellation fee). If a cancellation is less than 10 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Maximum Overnight Occupancy – Condos 10A, 10B, 11A, and 11B - 6 persons. Condos 10C and 11C – 4 persons.

Property Damage - The Suites at 151 are luxury condominiums. All guests are expected to respect the property and furnishings and are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay. If any damage is found upon arrival, it must be immediately reported to the Management or the guest will be held responsible and charged for it. At check-in, a guest’s credit or debit card will be pre-authorized for the balance due plus an additional security deposit of $300. If any damage is discovered at check-out or if excessive clean-up is required, the costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, all means will be used to recover the cost of damages, including charging the guest's credit card.
